Currently, we're building our community-driven model, Working Ensembles, which will be implemented through accessible resources, events, showcases, workshops, and grant-making that supports rolling admission to PAID WORK-STUDY programs that engage stakeholders to advance practices that:
-
nurture internal resources and expand individual capacity
-
foster agency in embodied healing, brain-body integration, and the restoration of self-identity
-
promote the information and tools needed to disrupt the intergenerational transmission of developmental adversity within the family of origin
Grant-winning community stakeholders will use the Working Ensembles framework to co-create culturally grounded experiences enlivened with context, language, music, images, and stories that connect shared cultures across generations.
